Academic Calendar Information and Final Examination Statement November 5, 2003 FROM: Dr. Dimitrios S. Pachis, Vice President for Academic Affairs This is to remind the University Community of the following: 1) The final week of scheduled classes for the Fall 2003 semester is Monday, December 8 through Saturday, December 13, except that Friday, December 12 is make-up/reading day. 2) The final examination schedule for day, evening and Saturday classes is Monday, December 15 through Saturday, December 20, 2003. 3) By vote of the University Senate and approved by the Vice President for Academic Affairs, “No examinations shall be given during the final week of scheduled classes of a full semester course.” Any changes in time and location must receive prior approval from the Vice President for Academic Affairs.
