Critical Analysis of Reich
In his essay “Why the Rich Are Getting Richer and the Poor, Poorer” Robert B. Reich describes the changes in the American economy over the last twenty to thirty years. ... Reich divides people into three boats: routine producers, in-person servers, and symbolic analysts. ... When he is discussing the problems of the routine producers, Reich effectively argues with a variety of examples that there will not be many jobs left for dropouts in the future because cheaper foreign production costs and new technology.
