Schizophrenia is a psychotic disorder that involves severe disturbances in thinking, speech, perception, emotion and behaviour. ... There are four types of schizophrenia paranoid, disorganized, catatonic and undifferentiated type, where only catatonic can likely harm people. ... They lack emotional attachment and feel little guilt or anxiety which leads them to hurt people more then the schizophrenia type catatonic which only hurts people in motor movements; where as the dissociation disorder also hurt people except in an emotional way. ... With schizophrenia there are two effects type 1 where it has positive symptoms such as delusions, hallucinations, and disordered speech and thinking.
