People have been calling me selfish since I can remember. In fact, I have been called
selfish more times than accomplished or successful. It always seems that when I am called
selfish that I stand to gain more than the name caller. Maybe it’s their greed and jealousy that
makes me selfish. ... Sure when people call me selfish they mean it in a negative
way but most people don’t realize that when they call me selfish they are putting me in the
category of all the great thinkers and leaders who ever lived. Perhaps when people call me
selfish, I should take it as a compliment instead of an insult. ...
A great example of a selfish person that many benefit from is Buddha; Siddhartha the
