The word “community” stimulates many different images in the minds of those that hear it. For many, community is the city or town in which they live, for some community is a network of professionals with whom they work and associate each day, for others it means a family or group of friends with whom they share common interests or goals. ... Community, with all its definitions and manifestations, can at times be a source of harmony and happiness, but it can also be a source of discord and discontent.
Most often when community is discussed it is considered a positive part of society. ...
