In an époque, which is stamped by uncertainty, ambiguity and disorientation,

Theoretical Sensitivity

To get an overview on organizational and leadership science, I wrote the following paper, in which different organizational structures are being discussed and different prototypes of leaders are introduced. ...

To get an insight into strategic leadership, it made more sense to study leaders, who are holding a very high position in their organizations. ... To learn about the leaders and about the concept of leadership, I had to get into personal contact with them. ... After a short phase of getting in touch and describing my purpose, I asked the different leaders to talk about their definition of leadership, about their problems and about their visions. ... From August 2002 until June 2003, the author of "Leadership - a drama" was a student of Mr. ... Anwar and on the drama he wrote: An important element of the above-mentioned programme was, to learn to work in small groups. ... "Strategic Leadership" or "Post-Modernity". ... Anwar write his drama because of his own interest in the topic or did he write it because he thought his professor wanted to read a thesis like that? ...
