During the reading of the story, ¡°Two Kinds¡± by Jing-Mei, I discovered one interesting cultural difference between Asian students and non-Asian students. Not all but most of the non-Asian students in my class viewed this conflict on Jing-Mei¡¯s side and disagreed with her mom¡¯s erroneous attitudes toward her daughter.
