The Work Group’s recommendations related to this Cluster Area include activities such as:
· development of improved procedures for obtaining and utilizing data,
· study of issues surrounding recruitment and retention of personnel and development of a related plan to address teacher and early intervention personnel shortages,
· review and update of interagency agreements as may be needed,
· providing for administrator training for birth-through age-five programs,
· completion of the teacher assistant credential, and
· development of an intervention system for children and youth at high risk for involvement with the juvenile justice system.
