Video Summary McDonald¡¯s is one of the most famous nosheries in the world. Of course, Subway, Hamburger¡¯s king and so on are very popular everywhere, but McDonald¡¯s seems to be better than them. They all sell fast food and supply severces, why does McDonald¡¯s take advantaged? About 30 years ago, people who had birthday parties or other klatchs always went to the McDonald¡¯s, because they thought it had high quality serverce and was very clean. Meanwhile, McDonald¡¯s spent lots of money to build a successful branding marketing. Millions children were attracted by its advertising. In that period, nodody did not know the McDonald¡¯s and like it! When times going , more and more fast-food shops came into the market, such as Subway and Humburger¡¯s, they also sold similar produces like McDondal¡¯s and some interesting advertisements, even reduced price like FatBurger. Inevitably, they shared the market and threatened McDonald¡¯s position. Marketing was full of competition, it¡¯s a really big challenge for McDonald¡¯s to protect its No 1 position. The directors in McDonald¡¯s realized that the competition was the biggest problem , so they came with toghter to dealt with this problem.
