It is full of anti-slavery propaganda that has been brought upon us all for we are all to blame on the causes of harshness and morally wrong slavery was. ... The death of Uncle Tom in the story struck people in the hearts and moved them to be totally against slavery and the southern slaveholders. Propaganda was widely used, appealing deep emotion of the reader.
