In recent years advertising has made enormous gains in portraying women as strong, independent and intelligent. Believe I chose an ad which featured Beyonce’ Knowles because I view her as a strong woman. The ad product was L’Oreal Pure Zone. She was not used for her sexuality but she was probably most likely used for her selling power. Which further more makes the statement above true. You do not have to be half dressed and nude to sell a product. She is an actress, dancer and singer who sells so many albums it is ridiculous. So it is only natural that L’Oreal would chose her as the spokeswoman. Teenage girls of America love her. So, since Beyonce’ wears L’Oreal Pure Zone they will probably purchase the product.
