Due 5/1: The purpose of this project is to give you one last chance to revise some of your writing and to think a little bit more about your own relationship to writing—both academic and otherwise. Several things are required for this assignment, so read through this carefully before you begin working on it. Each assignment should be stapled and put in the order that follows in a folder with two pockets. Please put your name on the outside of the folder. NO THREE RING BINDERS! 1. A self-reflective essay (2-4 pages). In this essay, I would like you to think about who you are as a writer and how that affects both your personal writing (if you do any) and your academic writing. You can go in lots and lots of different directions with this. Almost everything we’ve read this unit is an example of this kind of self-reflective essay and can serve as a model for how you might approach this assignment.
