Many factors and events shape the course of man’s life, and Abraham’s was no exception. If one conclusion could be drawn for the theme of Abraham’s life, it would point directly at his faith. ... Abraham was born into a sinful world. ... In addition, Abraham’s wife appeared to be infertile. This is key considering that Abraham was called to be the father of many nations. Again, Abraham’s faith was tested but not reduced. Genesis 12 shows us Abraham’s human side. ... Later in life, Abraham was put to the ultimate test. ... Abraham’s faith was stronger than his mind, and he obeyed God’s word. ... The key to Abraham’s life is faith. ... Many lessons can be learned from the life of Abraham. ...
