Knowing how to administer CPR can help you save a life. Have you ever been there when a loved one or a stranger grabbed their chest possibly going into cardiac arrest? If you did not know how to administer CPR you probably felt helpless. I myself was in a position just like that about a year ago. About a year ago I was visiting a very close friend of mine when just that happened she began to grab her chest and fall to the floor, then I began to panic I had taken a CPR years ago in high school we even took the course together. But after all those years I had forgotten the proper procedures, I felt helpless, all I could do was call 911, and try to keep her calm. That was about the lowest time in my life and I promised myself that I would not be put in that predicament again.
