Analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of corporate online learning was a very informative task. After careful extensive research of the upcoming popular method of training employees online, it has come to my attention of how effective this technique is. The advantages of corporate online learning proves how efficient e-learning is and give reasons for companies to implement such an effective strategy. The few reasons why e-learning is an excellent method of teaching include its cost-effective way to train employees, and it helps cut traveling time. Furthermore, there are many facts, which prove e-learning to be beneficial along with previous examples of success when used in corporations such as IBM, General Motors and McDonalds.
