1. Define what is meant by a project? Why has project based work become a popular method of organising work within organisations?
The term ‘project’ means a temporary attempt employed to create a unique product or service for the client. A project has a start date and an end date, and within that time, it will be necessary to achieve the set task using the resources provided.
