The first encounter in which I will be discussing addresses my visit to Benihanna Restaurant in the Commodore Hotel, located in the Hamra district of Beirut. The purpose of my visit to this restaurant was to take out my girlfriend and celebrate our three-year anniversary. When I asked my friends for a really nice place that offered good sushi, I was referred to Benihanna. However, my friends warned me that it was a pretty expensive place for a university student to go to. That didn’t stop me from making reservations, for a special night like this; I was willing to pay an expensive price for a pleasurable evening with my girlfriend to celebrate our three-year anniversary. When I called the restaurant to reserve, the employee behind the phone seemed very polite and professional. I told him that I wanted a reservation for two people on that certain date, and that I wanted a nice table because it was a special occasion.
