Statement of faith As far back as I can remember I have gone to church every possible Sunday. Rain, shine, snow, or earthquake we were there. On vacations we would go to a different church, so I was a pretty faithful churchgoer seeing as that I was too young to make my own choices. Every night we had a family prayer and we read out of a picture bible a lot. As I grew up I started to see my own faith and to understand it I realized that I could make my own choices whether to go to church or not I chose to go regularly. I went not because I had to but because I liked it was interesting. Then in 2000 I got sick. I got leukemia. The biggest test in my life lasted 3 years. Right away it was why and then how and then there is no God. I thought this for a while then I realized it wasn’t just me and a few others but hundreds of kids. It was something normal.
