Rancho Juarez “It’s 7:00 a.m. and its gonna be a hot one for west Texas today,” reported the weather forecaster on my radio. I had many relatives around Texas and neighboring Mexico. My cousin Claudia, who resided in El Paso, accompanied me in my journey throughout Texas and Mexico.
