The meeting, which presented some of the most recent developments associated with the management of subsurface and surface water resources, was opened by Professor Carlos A Brebbia, Director of WIT, who explained some of the latest developments taking place at Ashurst Lodge. They included the launching of an eLibrary (at www.witpress.com) to archive conference papers, and the new accommodation facilities now being built at the Lodge. They will provide the opportunity for colleagues and researchers from all over the world to participate in different activities taking place at Ashurst Lodge.
