"The Yellow Wallpaper”
The story, “The Yellow Wallpaper,” written by Charlotte Perkins Gilman, is about a woman who is apparently suffering from some sort of depression. ... As time passes, the woman begins to see things in the wallpaper, things she wouldn’t tell anyone, things she would only write about. She confesses to seeing a woman in the wallpaper that creeps around behind the pattern.
