Personal Fitness

Fitness can be described as a condition that helps us look, feel and do our best in our daily life. Physical fitness involves the performance of the heart and lungs, and the muscles of the body. Cardiorespiratory endurance is the ability to deliver oxygen and nutrients to tissues, and to remove wastes, over sustained periods of time. Muscular strength is the ability of a muscle to exert force for a brief period of time. Muscular endurance is the ability of a muscle, or a group of muscles, to sustain repeated contractions or to continue applying force against a fixed object. Flexibility is the ability to move joints and use muscles through their full range of motion. From this class, I learn how to improve my body condition in the above ways, and I choose golf to be my personal lifetime sport.
