Incident #3 Tim Seto 12/12/02 English 9, 7 Draft #2 of Focal Scene I ran to the teacher as the bell sounded the end of break. She was waiting for us under the shade of a tree near the playground It was one of those days with blots of clouds scattered through out the sky. It was one of those days that made me want to lay on my back in a field of grass and stare up into the unfathomable sky. It was one of those days where I wished it would last forever. Mrs. Sgambatti, my kindergarten teacher, told the class that we were going on a leprechaun hunt today because it was Saint Patrick’s Day. Mrs. Sgambatti was a typical kindergarten teacher who just liked to work with little children. I was very excited to go on a leprechaun, since I had never been on one before. I wondered, would it be hard, tiring, a trick? I had heard that leprechauns were sly little creatures and I was not sure if I was up to the challenge.
