With Science and Technology improving by leaps and bounds in the last century, it is indeed true that people who do not upgrade themselves frequently will find that what they had learnt have become obsolete in only a few years. Now, the young receive better education as compared to the past, and thus are much more ‘IT-savvy’ than the older generation. Being better equipped in the ‘IT’ field, the young are more likely to find a job as compared to a senior without any skills in ‘IT’. This led the young to think highly of themselves. However, what the young often forgets is that although their seniors are not as well versed in the new technology as they are, what the seniors actually have is the many years of experience under their belts.
