Abortion

In this essay, I will clarify Don Marquis’ article, “Why Abortion is Immoral.” I will argue that his position stating that abortion is in the same moral category as killing an adult human being is an illogic one and the two cases are very different, and therefore deserve their own considerations. Marquis does allow some exception to the anti-abortion issue such as rape, the risk of the mother’s health, or incest.
