ScanGear Toolbox CS Notes to User Version 2.2.3 January, 2001 1. RELEASE INFORMATION - This version of Canon ScanGear Toolbox CS runs on Windows 95/98, Windows NT version 4.0 (with SP3 or later installed), Windows 2000 Professional and Windows Me. - Make sure that you have adequate disk space available when scanning large documents at high resolutions. For instance, scanning a full page color document at 600 dpi requires a minimum of 300MB of available disk space. - In the Fax and Copy settings, when the Link To option is set to System Default, pressing Set displays a dialog box enabling you to change the printer/fax driver settings. These changes will affect the default driver settings, and thus may affect other applications that also use this printer/fax driver. When the Link To Option is set to Driver, the printer/fax driver settings will not affect the default driver settings. - Canon ScanGear Toolbox CS will not appear in the foreground when the scanner push button is pushed when all of the following conditions exist: - The When Scanner Push Button Pressed option is set to Show Toolbox - The Toolbar always on top option is disabled - ScanGear Toolbox CS is already running, but its window is behind another application window or dialog box.
