A Mad Scientist When most students are asked what do you think of when you see the word “physics”, will answer with predictable responses: rooms filled with incomprehensible equations, Einstein’s wild hair, atomic bombs, computer nerds, and frightening difficult concepts. This is why Physics teacher Paul Knutson has a job at Rogers High School, but no one was prepared for the phenomena of teens wanting to go to a class, and a teacher trying to open kids’ minds. As you walk into Mr. Knutson’s room, you will notice a fairly large classroom that looks traditional, but then you notice the scalps of 400 deceased Barbie dolls hanging on the wall as well as art projects from students that cover almost every inch of the room. You also hear music playing softly in the background. It is probably Rush or Rammstein. When you meet Mr. Knutson for the first time, you will notice that he looks like a mad scientist with his brown-grayish hair and beard, and his glasses give an overwhelming sense of genius. He might just look like a crazy uncle too, though.
