It's almost impossible to find out the real identities of gamers today in the online gaming world. LAN has always been the only known consistent way of seeing who is who behind the gamer. What happens when a team of power and honor is nothing but a complete fake. The rumors of all have spread and the truth is out of the story of uneXpected. Team uneXpected, formerly of CAL-main Pacific lives the story of complete other lives, and the people involved are no unfamiliar faces to the cs scene, but celebrities in a sense, to the community they were fooling at the same time. In possibly the largest scandal in online gaming history, the story involves team uneXpected. A CAL-main pacific powerhouse, known for their incredible skill, and not only that but their African American descent. However, the truth of the team behind the scenes was almost unexpected to everyone as a fan, spectator, or an admin within the Cyberathlete Amateur League. No one would have thought that not only was this team not of African American decent, but it was only a mask to hide their real identities. Almost each and every member of uX are not only known within the community, but have been looked up to from the minority of the division, as players in CAL-invite. The story behind uneXpected can only be told best from the opinions of those involved. To some it may be a shock, to those who have seen the results from CAL's investigation, the rest of this will only be elementary to filling in the pieces to the puzzle. uX was never founded to be a team of high stature, but simply for fun. It was a secondary effort at a good time. Now the world has been exposed to the project they had put so much time into. Jeff Chan came up with the name uX (uneXpected). We talked about it for awhile, then started out to own up CAL-O since most of us have cal-m/i experience. We know that this would be a long experiment, and as weird as it sound, it brought most of us together.
