Lady Macbeth and masculinity

Lady Macbeth is an important influence in the book, by playing an instigator she stirs up trouble with Macbeth calling him a coward, also by decreasing his masculinity she in fact seems to strengthen her own like she is feeding off of him.
Lady Macbeth infact has more manly characteristics then Macbeth the male in the book and you could tell this in the beginning of the book. When Macbeth writes her about the encounter he had with the 3 witches she says to herself about Macbeth “Yet I do fear thy nature it is to full o’ the milk of human kindness to catch the nearest way. ... v) Before even thinking about the concequences she decides that Macbeth is to pure to be doing so devious and decides if it has to be done it’s going to be done by her so immediately she calls on the evil spirts to invaid her body so that she will become evil also. ... Lady Macbeth seems to switch the role of husband and wife in this book.
