Change is a word that I have constantly heard throughout my high school years. It is a transformation that everyone goes through either for the better or for the worse. For me, the meaning and value of change has helped me focus on the goals I want to accomplish. For others, just a mere phase they go through. All of us have been able to learn and develop from our changes to become a better and more successful person. (PAUSE) Motivation is an important source of help towards succeeding. We can receive this through family, friends, and most importantly the teachers and staff here at YW. The one thing I have learned about YW is that the teachers and staff will never give up on you.
