For everyone, college is a new experience which is a new beginning of life. This experience is filled with a lot of things that a person has never experience before. Well my friend, Rita started her first semester of college this spring at Southern University in Baton Rouge, LA. She was very nervous about going because she did not know anyone attending this University except one person. She knew she had to find new friends, adapt to a new environment, and a new way of living. Rita knew that this was the school for her, because it has a good nursing program for students pursuing a nursing degree. She knows that when she gets to college that she will have no time to play around. At this university you have to keep a 3.0 which is required for nursing students, because not to many students get accepted each term due to the number of students registering.
