Working in a clinic in the underserved parts of this city, I see the struggle these people face just trying to get immunizations for their child or getting a prescription for an earache that has persisted for weeks. I watch as these people ignore simple complaints such as a toothache that has eventually turned into an abscess because they are not eligible for dental care. ...
