	Greek Essay: The Riace Warrior I’ve always awed the sculptor who creates bronze, plaster, or wax worlds frozen endlessly in time. ... And to the novice, marble nude Greek males are some of the first to appear. Little did I know about art when I enrolled into class. ... Greek art is not what I thought Greek art was. ... What I’ve found thus far is what makes Greek art the monument that it is. The Greeks were the first to create art that gave that sense majesty and life, the atmosphere of creativity and growth, and just an altogether larger-than-life feeling emulating from the times they lived in. That atmosphere is what art is to me. One of my favorite pieces in Classical Greek sculpture is the Riace Warrior.
