As I See It
I often wonder why we are placed where we are on the earth. ... As a Christian living in Jerusalem I have witnessed first hand the acts of hatred that seem to fill the days here. I have seen the funeral processions in the streets for innocent children who just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time, while selfish people murder with the excuse of saving their country. ... I have seen so much hate and contention in my 27 years: sometimes I wonder if that’s all that the world has to offer me. ... I know that by working constantly and carefully the Muslims, Jews, and Christians will be able to settle our differences and live peaceably one with another.
