Just in those days, we as educators or potential educators must challenge those buffoon’s, once again as the empowered few that discourage the education process with the hypocrisy of these “High Stake Testing”. Proponents to these “High Stake Testing” have attempted to fool us just as the buffoon’s before him, tried to stagnate the developing mind of the student, disfranchise the student for receive his/her education and encourage various practices of discrimination. Proponents of these “High Stakes Tests” would have you believe that minorities (specifically Blacks and Hispanics) are disenfranchised because of their social economical background. Proponents for these “High Stakes” Test would have you believe that minorities are disenfranchised by school administration and Governmental policies. Proponents for these “High Stakes Test” would have you believe that minorities that speak different languages at home do poorly on these said tests primarily because of the lack of ability to learn to speak accurately.
