Government s unfairness

The government have set many rights and freedoms for us. Even thought the government have put these right for us they sometimes break them, and that’s unjust for us. In the article “Totalitarian justice” it’s stated that in Britain trials are being held in secret against certain people to fight terrorism. ... In the same article it’s stated that people are being punished for something they have not done yet, and just because they are thought to be terrorists. In the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, low eleven states that a person should not be punished for something they have not done, therefore the government should make sure that a person has broken any low before arresting them and punishing them (this is also stated in Universal Declaration of Human Rights as proclaimed by the United Nations General Assembly: Article 9). In the article “You can’t get justice from unjust laws” it’s stated that the home of the reporter Juliet O’Neill’s was searched without a search-warrant.
