First, thank you to Ann & Gary for hosting our meeting last night. Your home is lovely. And thank you to each owner who attended, as it makes it easier to discuss issues when everyone is represented (we missed you, Barbara! Hope you’re feeling better). I think we got a lot accomplished in a short time and it is nice to nail down the calendar in one visit. As a follow-up to our rental rate questions, I did go online and check Snowcreek rental rates. They rent our unit as a Standard at $270/325 for weekday/weekend and $310/370 for the Deluxe version. I think we would fall somewhere in between, based on looking at each of the pictures.
