What is free choice? It is said in the first article that free choice is a capability of will and reason by which good is chosen with the help of grace or evil is chosen without it. ... Hence they cannot freely choose good; and so they do not have free choice on good things. But why is that having not to choose good not considered free choice? ... People say that man is capable of reasoning too; so in reason there is free choice. If reason is free choice then why is it reason done by others are reasons used by others too. Then if the same reason is used then it means that reason is subjective to almost everyone and that every is subjective in using that same reason, So then where is free choice?
Free choice has always been questioned in Human beings. Many of the Behaviorists in Psychology would be definite that there is no free choice since we are all subjective to follow norms or even the simplest form of deed. Looking into the Humanistic perspective many would see it as having an option to decide on the outcome hence there is choice. If you ask me it never looks like as if free choice or no free choice would affect any outcome since it is already bestowed upon every individual on what his destiny is.
