This website collects performance evaluations from special interest groups who provide them. Ratings are done by special interest groups, which are biased. Some of these groups tend to favor members of one political party over the other, rather than choosing votes based solely on issue concerns. Most of the ratings are displayed in a percentage format or letter grade. These percentages are based only on those votes where the elected official actually voted on the measure. SENATOR ROBERT GRAHAM · Business o It seems that Senator Graham has received higher ratings from big business types whereas the independent/self-employed gave quite low ratings. From 1999 to 2002 the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, American Apparel and Footwear, and National Stone, Sand, & Gravel Association all have given high ratings with the Chamber of Commerce rounding out the top. Senator Graham is a Democrat so this is a frame towards the Democrats belief in regulation of economy. · Civil Liberties o Senator Graham received high percentages from the American Civil Libertarian Union.
