There has been at least one war in every generation of the United States. First the Revolutionary war with Great Britain to gain our independence, then the Civil war in which we became a unified country, and there were both World War I and World War II. Those are some major wars but there are also more minor wars the United States had not put as much effort into like the Vietnam and Korean War, or the Gulf War and the current war with Iraq.
With so many generations of war they must have some sort of an impact on the countries involved with them, whether they are small or big impacts, or negative or positive. And with each war we’ve been involved in there have been different effects on our economy.
In what some people call major wars, also called total war, the United States put a lot of force and supply into.
