I. Know your leader Main point thesis: To be successful as a participant in an institution, you should know your leader professionally, philosophically, and personally. A. Professionally i. Education ii. Experience iii. Exceptional Achievements iv. Exceptions B. Philosophically i. How they value their spiritual side? ii. How they value their physical side (how they dress & look)?
