The behavior that I have chosen to modify is the amount of time that I spend studying on a weekly basis. In the first part of the project, the data that I gather showed me that the majority of my studying is done on campus, either in the library, or in between classes in the classroom building. ... My daily study goal was originally set at one hour a day, but in week two of the second part of the project, I realized that if I was spreading out my study time through out my day, I could get a lot more done. ... The first week that I started the modification plan, my target was to spend ten hours a week studying. ... The project worked because my goals were within reach, and the closer I came to changing the targeted behavior, the more motivated I was to continue on with the changes because I felt so much better.
