Some children had unhappy relationships with their foster parents who may have saw them as a burden. I do not think that this source is reliable because the government who may have been trying to keep up morale and encourage more children to be evacuated, by portraying evacuation as a success. Source B is a teacher remembering being evacuated with children from her school. This particular source suggests to me that evacuation was not a success because it portrays how some children were very scared and how there was a lot of confusion as to where they were actually going.
