ESSAY Brittle economic systems without the flexibility to accommodate themselves in an evolutionary manner to accumulating tensions and social changes – however strong such systems may appear in the short run – are in the greatest peril of extinction, as science and technology constantly change the natural lines of economic life. So Kazakhstan has faced this reality. It was not long ago since Kazakhstan had gained it’s independence from communist system. It is clear that a large and complex economy run by government dictate didn’t respond well to popular needs. As the old command-driven soviet economy collapsed a new market economy sprang to life that is consumer-driven and based on the laws of demand and supply. To overcome the difficulties of transition to market economy Kazakhstan needs a new way of thinking which is depend on young generation. In recent years there are many programs providing the youth to knowledge with the educational support.
