Here in the sub-honorable Judge Benton’s courtroom, we decide if Medea is guilty of murdering the King, the Princess, and her own children. The prosecution gathered a substantial amount of testimony that will be heard in this very courtroom. You, the reader, will find sufficient evidence of her guilt and see that the crimes were premeditated and Medea is responsible for her actions. We shall begin with the chorus’ testimony. “Today three of my enemies I shall strike dead: Father and daughter; and my husband” (340-341). Clearly, the testimony shows intent. The chorus continues that, “The best way is the direct way, which most suits my bent: To kill by poison” (348-349). Judge Benton…. JUDGE! Please stop picking you nose, its distracting.
