Operating Definition of “Organization Behavior”
“Teamwork is the ability to work together toward a common vision. ... I am using this quote as the frame of reference to how I define Organizational Behavior. A team is derived from the coming together of two or more people and we often find a “sense of a team” when we talk about Organizational Behavior. Teamwork, in my point of view, is the underlying force that drives organizational behavior into achieving the organization’s common vision.
