Everyone has the Right
Every single person and entity on our planet has rights. For some, these rights sometimes outweigh the rights of others, but nonetheless, everyone has rights. ... When dealing with the issue of rights, there are two sides, which are the people who hold the right and the people who observe the right. ... When looked at from the rights-holders view, a right is like a privilege, something he or she has been given permission to act upon. This is could be a number of things, like the right to freedom, free speech etc. The same right is taken as an obligation or duty, which the observers of the right must follow. There are also responsibilities that the holder of the right must take in order for the right to be used appropriately. For example, a person has the right to drink alcohol at a party he or she is at, but with that right also comes the responsibility of finding another way home besides driving. ... Although everyone is entitled to their rights, some rights are considered more important or stronger than the others. ... An example of an absolute right is the right of an individual to live, which no one can take away. Life is the most important thing to an individual and each person deserves to live as long as they want, and nobody has the right to end life for anyone. In some ways, an absolute right is considered as the only right which can’t be overridden. An absolute right is the strongest right, but there can still be ways that the absolute right is challenged or there is a conflict. ... If the right to live is absolute to everything, then does the fetus also have the right to a full life and if so, what happens of this complicated situation. ... For example, everyone is entitled to his or her own private property like a house, a backyard or a front yard etc. This is considered as a strong right, but the government can also override it as long as compensation is given.
