Data analysis Once the data has been collected it will need to be analysed. Without the analysis the data is worthless. The questionnaires, that are the postal, E-mail and cold calling will be uploaded into a computer. We are able to do this because all the questions that the questionnaire contains will be closed questions. This allows yes/no answers or tick one of the following for example. This allows charts to be erected and graphs to be designed that will represent the data collected clearly. A good example will be when presenting the data for how many Models of each car Ford sell. With the use of a simple bar chart or pie chart the findings will be easy to compare. The findings will be compared and a result issued in the final document that will be issued. Grouped data will be used when analsing how much each Ford customer spends on a car. This allows us to find the model group of Ford customers. This will go a long way to discovering what is important to Ford customers.
