Paul and the invisible man are similar, because they both want something and will do anything to get it as well is both lived a fairy tale life style and both were prisoners of life and cocky. In Paul's case- Paul has to appear before the faculty of his high school to account for his misdemeanors. He entered with a sauve and a smile with out grown clothes.(Cather,535) come on who going to teachers or principals talking about his misdemeanors or any trouble at all other then a guy that is cocky or just doesn't care about himself or life.
