Each time the Black Death returned, it never had the same negative affect of the first outbreak, but it still caused a large amount of deaths. ... There are some aspects of the Black Death that are still unclear to researchers, but Aberth does a great job of explaining each individual scenario as well as which one has the most believable supporting evidence. Aberth organized the book very structurally into different sections regarding the Black Death. It contains enough information to be read by an expert, yet is easy enough to read and understand by anyone interested in the Black Death. ...
